I had an exceptional stay at Bauhinia Resort in Phu Quoc. The staff made me feel welcomed throughout my time there, and the facilities, especially the pool, were simply wonderful. The breakfast was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. However, my previous experience at another place before finding this resort was a nightmare, but once I was at Bauhinia, everything turned around for the better.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially since we booked it last minute. The staff went above and beyond, from arranging a complimentary taxi to welcoming us with a poolside room upgrade. On the downside, I did encounter a cleanliness issue with the duvet upon check-in, which took a bit of insisting to resolve, and the area had quite a few mosquitoes.
